One Overdue Update :]

Hello all!

We both very much apologize for not updating this blog at all, life has just gotten so very hectic that blogging seems to be the last thing on our minds. We shall try to be more diligent!

First up on the exciting list is JOSH'S NEW JOB! About a month ago Josh left the bartending world and hitched his wheel to the corporate wagon that is GoDaddy. For those of you not familiar, GoDaddy is a website business, and their employees deal with tech support, web design, etc etc. He is so much happier, and we are excited to have him at a job that will give him growth, a place where we can seem him furthering his ambitions and not hitting a dead end.

Secondly, WE ARE IN ESCROW! Yeah, you probably already know this, but we don't get tired of saying it :)

As of this moment we are waiting to hear back from the Seller as to whether or not they will fix our list of repairs. Most of the list is objects that they will need to deal with no matter what to get an FHA appraisal so we are pretty confident in the road we are on right now. It would take something huge at this point for us to walk away from this house that seems destined for us.

No, really, it does.

It's literally a mile away from our apartment, which means that we didn't have to move away from our beloved Ahwatukee that we have come to cherish. Both of us were scared of having to move away. Nice big yard for Petree (the dog). Seems like we bought a house just for the pets, forcryingoutloud.

Between getting used to Josh's new schedule and dealing with house stuff it seems like we couldn't deal with
any more. AND THEN YOU THROW MY PHOTOGRAPHY INTO THE MIX!

I continue to march right along to my pho.tog drum. Shoots here and there, which is just fine by me. I'm enjoying building up my portfolio bit by bit and discovering exactly where I will be the most profitable or where I'm having the most fun. And the 2 are not always the same thing. It's an adventure, that's for sure :]
